We are dealing with High Purity Titanium Billet (or Ingot) mainly used as mother materials of Titanium Sputtering Targets for thin film deposition for semiconductor production etc.
High purity Titanium Billet produced by the Kroll process, has been improved by Sumitomo Titanium's unique technology.
We have experience to supply High Purity Titanium Billet up to 5N (purity:99.999).
