Kishiwada CanCan Bayside Mall, located approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Kishiwada Station on the Nankai Electric Railway., is based on the concept of a British port town.

Seeking a mood of “unpretentious, adult style,” the CANCAN Collection zone brings together popular brands.

Rabbit Street, one of the largest bicycle shops in the Kansai area, offers a huge selection, ranging from professional sports cycles to basic models for just getting around.
he WEST building of the Kishiwada CanCan Bayside Mall, which is managed and operated by Sumisho Urban Kaihatsu Co., Ltd., an associated company of Sumitomo Corporation, was renewal opened on Saturday, March 20, following interior renovations that included the addition of a number of new stores. In the special reception held on the day before the grand opening, many media representatives and neighborhood residents had attended.
Due to the renovation of the WEST building, the new 19 shops have opened and total number of shops are now 45. The Mall's general manager, Nobutaka Tsujii, said, "This area have been harmonizing with a great natural environment, with both the sea and mountains close at hand. Since lots of people around here enjoy playing sports, we have widened the range of sporting goods by introducing more sports retailers." These include a shop selling cutting-edge golf goods as well as a casual shoe store, which, along with the general mix of stores, will be able to fascinate people from all age groups. Furthermore, the new fashion zone named "CANCAN Collection" and the fast-fashion stores leading the latest styles has also been added. As this indicates, the Mall is attempting to distance itself from suburban outlets that have a wide selection of luxury brands by selecting tenant shops with the ability to attract customers seeking daily items.
As a result of the renovation, the brightness of the whole building has been greatly improved. A more open and attractive space has been created by installation of additional light fixtures. "We have tried to reflect the needs and wants from customers in the renovation works" general manager Tsujii said. "Please find out with your own eyes what have been enhanced.."
The Kishiwada CanCan Bayside Mall is aiming to be a much-loved outlet that all local residents are expected to visit once a month. Please come and see the new and improved WEST building!
