- Talk about some of the impressive events at your company thus far.
- In 2006, we launched a motorcycle hire-purchase business, which required us to increase our number of employees from 200 to 600. Within this large group of new employees, we needed determined, adaptable workers, and workers who could lead, meaning that I had to work hard, together with the human resources manager, to establish programs in human resource development for 400 new employees.

- Could you tell me about your workplace and the atmosphere there?
- Our office is located in the center of Thailand's capital, Bangkok. Regarding workplace atmosphere, our company holds birthday parties in which our company president shares a lunchmeal to celebrate the birthdays of employees. At the party, the president discusses his attitude toward work and compliance with those participating. Of course, others in the office are invited to join in the party, which gives employees an opportunity to casually chat with the president. It appears that the gulf between the president and employees has shrunk significantly in recent times. We also organize an annual company trip, in which all employees go out into the country together.

- What kind of place do you enjoy travelling to?
- I like travelling nearby province of Bangkok in Thailand on family trips. Ayutthaya is my favorite place to visit, only 76 kilometers north of Bangkok. Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Historical Park, a vast stretch of historical site in the heart of Ayutthaya city has UNESCO World Heritage Site. There were three palaces in Ayutthaya that I would like to recommend: Grand Palace, Chantharakasem Palace and Wang Lang Palace. I always have lunch there before back home. My favorite foods are (*1) Pad Thai and (*2) Tom Yum Kung.

(*1) Pad Thai: Noodle fried with little shrimp, bean sprout, bean curd and kui-shai including cucumber.
(*2) Tom Yum Kung: Soup is cooked with shrimp, shallot, chilli, sweet basil, lemongrass, coconut milk and parsley.
