- Can you tell us about your job?
- I am mainly involved in the export and import of chemical products and plastic, which are used as raw materials to produce plastic shopping bags, bumpers, tires, aircraft parts, etc.
In 2007, I participated in a triathlon held at Nelson Mandela Bay in East Cape, South Africa.
- How is the workplace atmosphere?
- The phrase, "Another day in paradise," is one that's often heard lately at the Johannesburg Branch. Every morning, a colleague jokingly says this, which really brightens up the workplace. Although our workload is becoming heavier as our business in Africa gradually expands, we have a happy workplace characterized by a sense of unity.
- What are your hobbies?
- I spend most of my weekends with my family. I especially enjoy running and swimming with my husband. I am also fond of triathlon. In 2002, I represented South Africa in an international competition held in Cancun in Mexico, although I missed out on winning the championship (laughs). South Africa is a country blessed with great weather, and many people enjoy outdoor sports.
