

Sumitomo Corporation launched a company-wide Work-Life Balance (WLB) Promotion Project Team in April 2005 and has developed and implemented various specific measures. Attaching great importance to diverse values and lifestyles in personal WLB fulfillment, we offer various optional programs and are flexible and supportive in helping employees eliminate problems or concerns.
The company has devised and introduced a number of specific measures and programs based on the four objectives focused on by the company-wide WLB Promotion Project Team.
