Sojitz Corporation (hereafter, "Sojitz", Minato Ward, Tokyo; President and CEO Yutaka Kase) and Sumitomo Corporation (hereafter, "Sumitomo", Chuo Ward, Tokyo; President and CEO Susumu Kato) will appoint new President and CEO of LNG Japan Corporation (hereafter, "LJ", Minato Ward, Tokyo; President and CEO Ken-ichi Yonezawa), equally owned by Sojitz and Sumitomo as follows. The appointment will be formalized at the board meeting following the general shareholders' meeting of LJ to be held on June 24, 2010.
