There was only one thing to do:
press on, keep going, give it everything they had
and build one of the world's largest solar power plant.

In 2007, on the Spanish island of Tenerife, the Sumitomo Corporation team working on the construction of a solar power plant were confronted with a massive challenge. Without warning, the construction schedule was brought significantly forward and the project was expected to be finished within a mere 16 months.
When the news came, the project had barely gotten started. Although time was short, there was a mountain of issues to be overcome and questions and doubts flew free and fast: "Where are we going to procure the huge amount of solar power modules we need?" "How are we going to acquire all the different approvals and licenses in a hurry?" "What about financing?"
It was this very adversity, however, that brought the members of the team together. Determined and confident that they would be the ones who built one of the world's largest solar power plants, there was nothing to do but to keep pushing forward.
