| Iron & Steel Division, No. 1 | The Iron & Steel Division, No. 1 is involved in domestic and international handling of steel plate used in shipbuilding, construction machinery, offshore structures, steel bar and section used in construction and civil engineering projects, rails and related components for railroad applications, steel logistics equipments, crankshafts, forged parts, and other products, both domestically and internationally. The Iron & Steel Division, No. 1 is also expanding into product manufacturing and processing related to these materials overseas. |

| Iron & Steel Division, No. 2 | Iron & Steel Division, No. 2 is involved in the domestic and international trade in steel sheet and steel strip, as well as tubular steel products for automotive manufacturers. Additionally, the Division conducts steel service center operations, providing steel sheet processing services primarily for automotive and home electronics manufacturers, and manufacturing tubular steel and related parts for automotive manufactures in Japan, China, ASEAN countries, the Middle East, Europe and the United States. |
| Iron & Steel Division, No. 3 | Iron & Steel Division, No. 3 is involved in the international trade in steel sheet and slabs, as well as the domestic and international trade in electrical steel sheet, tin plate, stainless steel, wire rods, special steel, and tool steel. The Division is also engaged in processing and logistics center service operations for these products both in Japan and abroad, including China, the United States and Thailand. |
| Tubular Products Division | The Tubular Products Division conducts business related to Oil Country Tubular Goods and line pipe used in oil and natural gas development and transportation, and business related to special tubular products used in power generation, chemical plants and other applications, both domestically and internationally. The Tubular Products Division also provides comprehensive SCM services around the world for Oil Country Tubular Goods, making this proprietary system available for the benefit of our customers. |
| Non-Ferrous Products & Metals Division | The Non-Ferrous Products & Metals Division conducts comprehensive business in primary aluminum, aluminum alloy and related products. The Division is also involved in the trade of titanium sponge and related products, new materials used in aircraft, heat exchangers and other applications.
