'Eco Oil Plant' Emulsion Fuel Fabrication Equipment

An "Eco Oil Plant" contributing to recycling-oriented society using waste liquids and waste oil as fuel! A joint project between Tohoku University and private corporations has resulted in the development and practical implementation of the "Eco Oil Plant" Emulsion Fuel Fabrication Equipment. The "Eco Oil Plant" continuously produces water-in-oil (W/O) Emulsion fuel oil, an ideal, highly combustion-efficient fuel, through inline mixed emulsion of three liquids: A heavy oil, water, and a special emulsifier. This method conserves energy, as well as provides significant reductions in toxic substances. This has the potential of becoming a revolutionary new system, as crude oil prices continue to skyrocket, and continuing increases in heavy fuel oil boiler and other fuel costs make life difficult for manufacturers, hotels, hospitals and other businesses.
